JKSSB Announces OMR Based Written Exam Dates and Admit Card Download Details
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released a notice regarding the issuance of Admit Cards for the OMR Based Written Examination for the post of Assistant Scientific Officer(s). The examination is scheduled to take place from 6th to 9th January 2024.
Candidates applying for various Assistant Scientific Officer positions, including Narcotics, Chemistry and Toxicology, DNA, Biology and Serology, Physics, Ballistics, Documents, and Cyber Forensics, can download their Admit Cards from 01.01.2024 to 09.01.2024.
To access their Admit Cards, candidates are required to visit the official website (www.jkssb.nic.in) and use their E-mail ID and Date of Birth. The downloaded Admit Cards will contain essential instructions that candidates are advised to read carefully.
In case of any difficulties or issues related to Admit Card download, candidates can contact the JKSSB Help-Desk at 0191-2461335 (Jammu)/0194-2435089 (Srinagar) or write to JKSSB at helpdesk.jkssb@gmail.com. The Help-Desk will be active during office hours from 01.01.2024 to 09.01.2024.
The notice emphasizes the importance of providing accurate information, as candidates misrepresenting eligibility facts may face cancellation of candidature and disciplinary action.
Candidates are also reminded of negative marking for wrong answers (1/4″ of allotted marks for each wrong answer) during the examination. The detailed criteria of selection and syllabi for the mentioned posts are available on the official website.
